Fil Rouge - The Red Line

Our planning and design of this gallery and store opening was as unique as the artist and his work.  The theme was the concept of “Fil-Rouge” or (translated) “Red Line” which figuratively means a “common thread or central theme”. The artist wanted to show the history and central theme of his work from his finely crafted metal jewelry to his wooden jewelry and sculptural art pieces molded from skateboards. We therefore strung a large read cord throughout the galleries. The guests were entertained by the real donut wall reflecting his donut shaped sculptures.
