The events of one’s life are important moments. As a unique design and planning company, our services are the same regardless of whether it is a wedding, party, grand gala or intimate private gathering. We approach all events with the same enthusiasm and professionalism.
We begin by finding your message, the desired aesthetic and idea you want to communicate, and then build all the details necessary to support that message. Our goal is to bring your dream event to life by creating a smooth, coherent and stress-free experience.
FULL DESIGN, PLANNING AND PRODUCTION:
This service includes:
An initial one-hour free consultation where we help you determine basics like style, message, budget, location, guest counts and many more fundamental aspects of your event or wedding.
Once there is a contracted agreement based on this consultation, we work with you as your design and planning team. We are then with you through every step of the process as your consultant, Creative Director, planner, sounding board and friend.
We launch into all the detailed planning and coordination actions of your event including, selection of venue, caterer, photographer, entertainment, hair stylist, make-up artist, rentals, décor, music, lighting, etc. Everything that would bring your initial message to life.
We control all scheduling as well as helping you know when and what you should be working on such as invitations, guests lists, attire, etc.
We ensure, all the while, that each element is selected to work within your established budget and we manage your budget for you.
We are all yours day-of from start to finish, as well as any follow-up that needs to be accomplished.
THE STARTING COST FOR THIS SERVICE IS: $5,000
